Secure Delivery
At FURY Miniatures, we take great care to ensure your order arrives safely. Each miniature is individually wrapped with bubble wrap and protective paper to prevent damage during transpot. Sets are then placed in study boxes designed for long-distance shipping and multiple handling.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number, allowing you to monitor your package from shipment until delivery to your address. While we make every effort to protect your items and ensure timely deliery, FURY Miniatures is not responsible for delays or damages caused by postal services, customs, or other external factors. In case of any issues, please contact us at hello@furycreation.com, and we will do our best to assist you.
Shipping Policy
We ship via to Europe and the Americas.
Processing Time
Orders are prepared within 3–7 business days (excluding weekends/holidays).
Delivery Estimates
– Europe: 7–21 business days
– Americas: 12–45 business days (Delays possible due to customs or remote regions)
Shipping Fees
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight.
Lost or Damaged Packages
Contact us if your package is lost or arrives damaged. We will assist with claims and may replace or refund the order depending on the situation. Fury Miniatures is not responsible for delays caused by postal services or customs, but we will do our best to assist you in resolving any issue.
Refund Policy
We accept returns within 14 days of receipt, in accordance with EU consumer regulations.

– The item must be unused and in original packaging
– Returned in resalable condition
– Proof of purchase required
